Mobile Phones Retailer
A mobile phone retailer wanted to increase their
bottom line without having to spend a penny - easy.
They had a line of contract mobile phones which
they were paid commissions from the mobile networks to sell.
Their commission structure was much greater than of the other
smaller retailers.
1. I got them to approach the smaller retailers
to sell their contracts for a fixed commission which took
away the hassle of returns, refunds and customer service from
the retailer.
2. I created independent agents to sell the
contracts on a commission only basis to generate extra revenue.
3. I introduced a pay per sale only agency which
created hundreds of new leads.
4. I created online sales channels reducing
the cost per acquisition allowing them to spend more on offline
marketing.
